Chroma Surge privacy policy

Effective July 11, 2026

Chroma Surge does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information. The game works offline and includes no advertising, analytics, account, tracking, or third-party gameplay SDK.

Data stored on the device

Scores, settings, campaign progress, stars, power inventory, ship mastery, module loadouts, pilot rank, contracts, medals, lifetime statistics, weekly operation state, challenge history, unlocked visual styles, and daily progress are stored locally on the player’s device. This data is not sent to the publisher and may be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.

Sharing

The game opens the operating system share sheet only after the player selects Share. The player chooses the destination and can edit or cancel the message. The game does not receive the selected destination or resulting social activity.

Children

The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other player.
